All personal data is dealt with confidentially and we will not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties unless necessary (e.g. carriers). You can at any time end the subscription to our newsletter by sending an email to admin@violet-dog.com and request modification or deletion of your personal data.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed on the Serwis and are not binding until WRĘCZ Agnieszka Niechciał (Violet Dog) has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and your order normally process within 2 business days from posting a payment for them. We operate Monday – Saturday except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to stock availability, we will inform you promptly. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation.
When you place an order, all data is encoded to and from the website by SSL (Secure Socet Layers).
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
We accept payment with PayPal, credit cards and bank transfer.
At the customer’s request I issue VAT invoices.
For all countries outside the EU, local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.
All our shipments are send with Poczta Polska (priority registered mail) from Sosnowiec. We strive to ship as soon as possible. WRĘCZ Agnieszka Niechciał (Violet Dog) cannot be held responsible if is delayed carrier.
If you do not pick up your package in the selected package shop in time or if failed to deliver at the address, we will receive your package back and all additional costs will be held at your expense.
Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative.
The shipping is 2 days from posting a payment for order, when the delivery address is inside Europe 5 – 12 days and 2 – 3 weeks when outsite Europe.
Delivery in Poland is free.
Shipping to Europe is 16 euro.
Free delivery to Europe is from the order amount of 162 euro.
Shipping worldwide (outside Europe) is 38 euro.
Free delivery worldwide is from the order amount of 243 euro.
RETURN POLICY
When purchasing from violet-dog.com gives you a 14-days money back guarantee from the day of delivery. We do not cover shipping costs and/or additional duties and/or taxes if you choose to return the purchased item. If you wish to request a refund, you need to contact us within the 14 days and return your product in perfect condition (no open) along with the refund form. Shipping and handling are at your expense. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping when returned to WRĘCZ Agnieszka Niechciał (Violet Dog). Refunds will be made within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
Faulty products that have been purchased from our web shop can be replaced or refunded within 14 days after delivery.
Products made for individual orders are not refundable.
